Queen Latifah, 20 Lbs. Lost
Rapper turned actor Queen Latifah realized that she wanted to lose some weight in 2008. To do so, she started going to the gym several times per week and watching her portion sizes. As a result, she has not only lost 20 pounds, but dropped her cholesterol in the process.
Alec Baldwin, 35 Lbs. Lost
Alec Baldwin has had a lengthy Hollywood career that has included everything from being a sex symbol to a comic actor on “Saturday Night Live.” However, his busy lifestyle seemed to catch up to him when he was diagnosed as being pre-diabetic in 2011. Baldwin was proactive about changing his life, as he stopped eating processed sugar and began doing pilates and swimming regularly. The changes have worked, helping him lose 35 pounds.
Melissa McCarthy, 75 Lbs. Lost
McCarthy wanted to set a good example for her daughters by getting to a healthier weight and making positive changes to her lifestyle. She did so by changing her diet to emphasize protein and limit carbs, which helped her to lose 75 pounds. She also swears by green tea and getting enough sleep every night, which she said has made her feel a lot better throughout the last few years.

Lisa Riley’s weight loss transformation has been nothing short of incredible. The “Emmerdale” star dropped 140 pounds and slimmed down from a size 30 to a size 14 in the process. She said that giving up alcohol got her started in the right direction, while portion control and regular Zumba classes helped her do the rest. Riley also said that not eating after 6:30pm has been very beneficial.
